Hoffman will assume the position immediately.
Hoffman will take the place of Lamb, whose 39 years in the position made him the longest serving county finance director/CFO in the County Commission’s history. Lamb leaves big shoes to fill, as he oversaw 34 straight years of cost of living raises for county, along with helping the county recover from a $1.5 million budget deficit.
