Tuscaloosa Man Charged After Monday Night Shooting On 21st Street
No injuries were reported, but two vehicles damaged in the Monday night shooting on 21st Street.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — A Tuscaloosa man is in jail and accused of shooting at two people and damaging vehicles in the 3500 block of 21st Street Monday night.
Patrick Hall, 35, was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with attempted murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle, shooting into an unoccupied vehicle and felon in possession of a firearm.
Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit Captain Marty Sellers said the Tuscaloosa Police Department received a shots fired called around 10:30 p.m. Monday, arriving to find two vehicles had been struck with gunfire. One victim told police Hall fired a rifle in the air once, then aimed the rifle at him and fired multiple times as he ran away.

Sellers said two cars were hit multiple times by the gunfire and there were several groups of people standing on the street who ran when the shooting broke out.
Hall was identified as a suspect and located, with investigators recovering a weapon believed to be the one used in the shooting.

He is currently in the Tuscaloosa County Jail with a total bond of $120,000 and additional charges are expected from previous cases.
