TUSCALOOSA, AL — While it's important to stay weather-aware today as severe storms move through the area, a wide slate of St. Patrick's Day events are planned and sure to offer plenty of options.


St. Patrick's Day In Tuscaloosa

- Innisfree Irish Pub will open at 6 a.m. Wednesday, with its atmosphere sure to make it one of the busier holiday spots around town.

- Copper Top will open at 10:30 a.m. with $5 Shamrock Shots and $6 Irish Car Bombs.

- Harry's Bar will offer $10 Buck-Its and $1 green draft beer.

- 1831 will host a St. Patrick's Day party with drink specials and green beer throughout the day and night. Doors open at 2 p.m.

- Gray Lady is all stocked up on Guinness and plans to host a St. Patrick's Day celebration on Wednesday, with the bar opening at 11 a.m.

- The Bear Trap will open at 4 p.m. Specials include $5 burgers and $10 beer towers.

- Catch 22 will open at 11 a.m. Wednesday and have St. Patrick's Day-themed party favors.

- Indian Hills Country Club will have $4 Guinness, $6 Jameson Boilermakers and $4 apple martinis.

- Roxy's will feature DJ Anonymous with drink specials and doors opening at 6 p.m.

- Top Shelf Tavern will open at 2 p.m. with $3 Bushmill shots and other St. Patrick's Day specials.

- Hoppers Corner Bar is opening at 2 p.m. Wednesday and will offer $5 pints, $3 shots and more.

- Kung Fu Gripp will play a special St. Patrick's Day show at the Lookout Rooftop Bar at Hotel Indigo Wednesday at 5 p.m.

- Black Warrior Brewing Co. opens at 2 p.m. and will offer green beer and bingo.

- The Red Shed will have a wide range of St. Patrick's Day drink specials and will also raffle off two $50 bar tabs. The first draw will be at 11 p.m. and the second at midnight.

- Rhythm & Brews will open at 5 p.m. and have green beer on hand.

- Gallettes will have green Yellow Hammers and $5 bottles of wine as doors are set to open at 2 p.m.

- Icon (Tuscaloosa) will celebrate St. Patrick's Day on Wednesday with doors opening at 9 p.m. and special drag show beginning at 11 p.m.

- Buffalo Phils plans to offer the following $4 specials: Green Bud Light Pitchers, Guinness cans, Green Tea shots, and Jameson. Irish Car Bombs will be two for $8

- Shindig Family Entertainment Center will host a St. Patrick's Day laser tag doubles tournament on Wednesday, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

- Pause Boutique in Tuscaloosa is offering its St. Patrick's Day gear for 50% off. The boutique is located at 509 Greensboro Avenue.

- Krispy Kreme in Tuscaloosa is offering St. Patrick's Day-themed doughnuts through Wednesday.

- Chicken Salad Chick is selling shamrock cookies to get into the holiday spirit.

- The Tuscaloosa Farmer's Co-Op is hosting a Lucky Day Giveaway on its Facebook page Wednesday, which will see one participant win a fruit tree of their choice, along with vegetable plants and a prize bundle.
