TUSCALOOSA, AL — The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has published a national map showing locations that have received shipments of monoclonal antibody therapeutics by way of a U.S. Food and Drug Administration emergency use authorization.

HHS says the monoclonal antibodies treatments Bamlanivimab and the therapeutic cocktail Casirivimab/Imdevimab are laboratory-made proteins that mimic the immune system’s ability to fight off harmful pathogens such as viruses.
