The Bray Town Center At Liberty Park Taking Shape

A huge mixed use project in the Liberty Park community, in the works for several years, is expected to break ground in 2022.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A mixed use town center for the Liberty Park community in Vestavia Hills is taking shape, as developers reviewed plans for The Bray at Liberty Park project. A Birmingham Business Journal report said representatives of Liberty Park Joint Venture LLP have met with residents for the last four weeks to discuss plans.

The $858 million project includes hospitality and entertainment, retail and commercial services, office, health care, greenspace and several different residential offerings, according to the BBJ report.

The components of the project are expected to materialize between 2022 and 2034. The commercial parcels will be sold to the end users, according to the BBJ.
