Condo Development Project On Rocky Ridge Scrapped

Developer Charles Kessler has dropped plans to build condominiums on Rocky Ridge Road, and will build garden homes instead.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A developer who had planned on building condominiums on Rocky Rodge Road in Vestavia Hills has opted not to move forward with his plans. A Vestavia Voice report said developer Charles Kessler has opted to build garden homes on the site instead.

The new project involves the building of 20 garden homes at 2468 and 2466 Rocky Ridge Road, according to the report.
