Developer Buys Church Site In Cahaba Heights
WeldenField Development has purchased a former church site off Crosshaven Drive.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A Birmingham developer has purchased a church property in Cahaba Heights. The former Trinity Presbyterian Church property on Crosshaven Drive was purchased by WeldenField Development April 16, according to a Birmingham Business Journal Report.
WeldenField Development and its affiliate Cahaba Heights 4 LLC acquired the former Trinity Presbyterian Church and Heritage Academy property for $1.3 million, the BBJ report said.
The 4.15-acre site is zoned institutional district.
