Liberty Park Retail Center Sold To Local Investment Group
A retail center in Vestavia's Liberty Park community was recently sold to local group LPP.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A shopping center in Vestavia's Liberty Park community has changed hands. Local investment group LPP has purchased the Prominence Shops II for a reported $3.7 million, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
Prominence Shops II at Liberty Park is a 9,053 square-foot shopping center on a 0.79-acre site at 3735 Corporate Woods Drive. The center includes Liberty Pharmacy, Liberty Pediatrics and Your Pie pizza restaurant.
