Local Sports Marketing Company Names New CEO
The Colonnade Group, a Vestavia-based sports event production company, has named a new president and CEO.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — Vestavia Hills-based sports event and marketing firm The Colonnade Group has a new leader. The company announced this week that Lori Robertson, who has served as chief of staff and overseen Colonnade’s VIP Events division, will assume the role of president and CEO.
The company's founder, Robbie Robertson, will transition to Chairman of the Board.
Following her graduation from Texas A&M University in 1991, Lori Robertson has served in every division of the company since 1992, having worked on the firm's first SEC basketball tournament and football championship game, following the conference expansion of the previous year.

"Lori has served in every type of role over her 30-year career here, and she is absolutely equipped to execute our vision."
