Moe's Southwest Grill Closes Vestavia Location
Local Mexican food restaurant chain Moe's Southwest Grill is closing one of its Birmingham area locations.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A longtime tenant at the Vestavia Hills City Center is closing its doors permanently. Moe's Southwest Grill, which had operated in the City Center for nearly 20 years, closed Jan. 26.
Owner Laura Leigh Atkins Drake made the announcement via social media, saying, "It gives me great sadness to announce the closing of our first Moe’s Southwest Grill in Vestavia Hills. Today will be our last day to roll Burritos for all our Moe’s Family. It has been a honor to serve everyone in the community for 19 years. Thank you Vestavia Hills for all your support over the years!"
Drake added, "We will continue to provide great food and service at our Riverchase, Wildwood and Downtown locations! Welcome to Moe’s everyone!"
