New Tenant Slated For Cahaba Heights Development

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — The latest retail development in Cahaba Heights has secured a lead tenant, as construction is set to begin at Parkside on Dolly Ridge. Grandview Medical Group Primary Care plans to open a new 4,129-square-foot location in the development, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.

Construction on the 14,935-square-foot mixed-use project is planned to begin in July. The development is located next to Cahaba Heights Elementary School.
