Road Work In Cahaba Heights To Cause Traffic Issues
Road work on Crosshaven Drive in Cahaba Heights is expected to cause detours for the next two weekends.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — The first phase of the Crosshaven Drive improvement work is scheduled to occur Saturday, July 11 and Saturday, July 18. The road work is expected to cause some traffic issues and detours in Vestavia Hills and Mountain Brook.
To minimize inconvenience as much as possible, this work has been scheduled from 5-11 a.m. on each of those dates. A section of Crosshaven will be closed during this time, and while local traffic will be allowed to enter the work zone, non-local traffic will be re-routed. Delays should be anticipated in the area.
