Rock N Roll Sushi Opens In Colonnade

The new sushi restaurant opened its doors this week, adding to its number of restaurants throughout Alabama.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL - A new sushi concept restaurant has opened in the Colonnade this week. Rock N Roll Sushi, a chain started by Alabama natives Lance Hallmark and Gerri Mach, opened at 3431 Colonnade Parkway, Suite 400.

Using the concept of rock music on its menu, the restaurant offers sushi rolls such as the Tommy Lee Roll, The Janis Joplin Roll, The Pearl Jame Roll and others.

Rock N Roll Sushi opened its first location in 2010, and started franchising in 2015. The very first franchisee was an employee from day one. There are now a total of 25 Rock N Roll Sushi locations in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana and Texas. The Colonnade store adds to the Birmingham metro presence, as locations are already operating in Trussville and Hoover.
