Three New Storefronts In the Works For Patchwork Farms

The new tenants include a rolled ice cream shop, smoothie bowl eatery and a physical therapy business.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — Three new storefronts are in the works for the Patchwork Farms shopping center. The Birmingham Business Journal reported that Chill, City Bowls and Stretch Zone are set to open in the coming weeks in the Vestavia Hills development.

Chill is a rolled ice cream concept that is set to open in early 2018. Rolled ice cream has increased in popularity, with multiple concepts opening across Alabama over the past year.

City Bowls will open its first storefront in early 2018 as well. The eatery, which has two food trucks in the area, serves Açaì bowls and smoothies.

Physical therapy business Stretch Zone is set to open in the next few weeks.
