Urgent Care For Children To Expand Into Vestavia
The pediatric urgent care facility will open in three locations in Alabama this fall.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A new medical facility for children will open in three locations this fall, including Vestavia Hills. Urgent Care for Children, which already has locations open in Trussville and Inverness, will open its Vestavia location on Highway 31 in the area surrounding the Vestavia Hills City Center.
Other clinics are expected to open this fall in Tuscaloosa and in Madison.
The clinic provides an affordable alternative to the emergency room to treat non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, such as allergies, fever, cuts and stitches, dehydration, sore throat, sprain or strain, vomiting and insect bites. UCC is staffed full-time with pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners who specialize in caring for patients aged 0 – 21 years.
