Vestavia Council Passes Regulations For Altadena Valley Park
The Vestavia Hills City Council has designated the former Altadena Valley golf course a "passive park."
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — The Vestavia Hills City Council this week passed regulations on the newly-named Altadena Valley Park, where the Altadena Valley Country Club once stood. A report by the Vestavia Voice said the council has designated the park a "passive park."
Residents in the Altadena Ridge neighborhood asked that the 66-acre property be kept a passive park instead of using it for team sports, which the council approved.
