Vestavia Hills To Host Christmas Celebration and Parade

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — As the 2017 iteration of Holiday in the Hills continues, the city of Vestavia Hills will host its official Christmas parade on Dec. 10.

Right before the parade, there will be a celebration at the Liberty Park Sports Complex featuring pictures with Santa and other kids' activities. The parade will then proceed at 2 p.m. from the complex to Alston Meadow. All participants should check in by 1 p.m.

The city is still accepting applications for parade participants. Any citizen or business can participate by entering a float or decorated vehicle. Walkers and marchers are also encouraged. All registration forms are due Dec. 1.
