Vestavia Hills Spa CEO Charged With Sexual Abuse
The CEO of Oasis Day Spa and Wellness Center in Vestavia has been charged with four counts of sexual abuse.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — The CEO at Oasis Day Spa and Wellness Center in Vestavia has been arrested on four counts of sexual abuse. LeVan Uriah Johnson, 43, was arrested Jan. 22, according to a Vestavia Voice report.
The arrest came after a victim came forward about the abuse Jan. 21, followed by three more allegations. The spa, at 3325 Rocky Ridge Plaza, remains open as of Tuesday, but attempts to contact the spa by Patch were unsuccessful.
Vestavia Hills Police Capt. Johnny Evans asks that anyone else who may have been victimized by Johnson call 205-978-0139.

Johnson remains in custody at Jefferson County Jail with a $240,000 bond.
