Finding the Right Doctor
Banner Health offers a full range of health care services, from day-to-day needs to emergency care, at more than 300 convenient locations. They make it easy to find the right doctor through the Find a Doctor tool on the Banner Health website. The app will also have this capability when it becomes available. You can search by name, specialty or location. Each provider has a profile which gives you information on his or her background, expertise and care philosophy.
Connected Health Care
Banner Health offers connected records, so any Banner Health provider you visit will have the most up-to-date information on you and your medical history.
You can also review health information for yourself and your children (12 and under) quickly and securely on their MyBanner patient portal or the soon-to-be released Banner Health app. There you can easily schedule appointments, message your providers, view lab results, access your prescriptions, view important documents, request medical records and more.
Banner Health even makes billing easier by providing customers with a single statement for all outstanding balances within their facilities, clinics, physicians and home health offices instead of multiple statements from multiple providers.
Convenience On Call
If you have a medical emergency, please call 911. For questions about non-emergency illnesses and injuries, you can call Banner Health's Nurse On Call line to speak with a registered nurse. They're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide free, trusted health care advice.
Banner Health Nurse On Call professionals can help you determine whether you should seek treatment at an urgent care facility for your symptoms, or if you need to go to the ER. Banner Urgent Care facilities can treat many different conditions and may be a good alternative to visiting your primary care physician or local emergency department.
Appointments are not required at Banner Urgent Care facilities, but you can reserve a spot online in advance to minimize your waiting time. Most patients are in an out within an hour.
