Banner offers Safe Sitter Essentials courses across multiple locations. These classes equip kids and teens with the skills and confidence they need to become exceptional babysitters. Participants will learn basic information about infant and child care, safety and what to do in case of an emergency. They will also learn CPR for infants and children, first aid, activity planning and behavior.

Yoga and Fitness Classes

Banner Health offers yoga and exercise classes for women and men of all fitness levels.
