Smith has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Company’s Southern California Division for the last three years. Recently honored as one of the rising stars in the homebuilding industry by earning a spot on ProBuilder’s 2021 Forty Under 40 list, Smith has been recognized for her work in architectural design, innovative use of technology and interior design.
