Phoenix Natives Join Team Chipotle, Launch Specialty Menu Items

Chipotle just launched its largest celebrity-inspired menu launch in history to celebrate American athletes! Mesa, AZ soccer player Julie Ertz and skateboarder Jagger Eaton are two of eight athletes joining Team Chipotle to launch new digital menu items and episodes of Chipotle “Unwrapped,” which provides an inside look at Chipotle’s athlete super fans and what it takes to compete at the highest level.

For a limited time, Phoenix-area Chipotle lovers can now eat like Ertz and Eaton by ordering their go-to orders, the Julie Ertz Bowl and the Jagger Eaton Burrito, on the Chipotle app and Chipotle.com.

While fans are enjoying Ertz’s and Eaton’s Chipotle orders, they can also check out their “Unwrapped” videos, which shows behind the scenes training content. Check out Ertz’s video here and Eaton’s video here.

Ertz will also be starring in Chipotle’s it’s first-ever national TV ad featuring a professional athlete. The ad will air starting July 5 during the US Women’s National Team game. Check it out here.
