4 Injured In Phoenix Shooting, Suspect Outstanding: Police
Four people, including two 3-year-old children, were injured in a shooting near downtown Phoenix Friday night, Phoenix police said.

PHOENIX, AZ — Four people were injured in a shooting near downtown Phoenix Friday night, Phoenix police said.
The four people that were injured in the shooting, which occurred at 9:30 p.m. near 16th and Oak streets, ranged in age from 3 to 31, according to police. Their injuries were described as non-life threatening.
The suspect in the case fled the scene before police arrived, police said.

Witnesses told police that the shooting was related to an ongoing feud between neighbors.
