Aloha! Hawaiian Airlines Adding Nonstop Flight To Maui

Hawaiian Airlines is adding a nonstop flight from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Maui. Here's what you need to know.

PHOENIX, AZ — There's a new way to get from Phoenix to the Hawaiian island of Maui, starting next month.

That's because Hawaiian Airlines is launching a seasonal nonstop flight between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Maui's Kahului Airport on May 21.

The flight, which will operate from May 21-Aug. 15, joins Hawaiian's existing nonstop service between Sky Harbor and Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu.

Hawaiian joins American Airlines, which already operates a nonstop Phoenix-Kahului route, giving Phoenicians greater access to the islands.

Hawaiian will utilize its narrowbody, A321neo aircraft on the route, according to SimpleFlying, departing Sky Harbor at 7 a.m. and arriving in Maui at 10:25 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Return flights from the island will leave Maui at 10:40 a.m. and arrive in Phoenix at 7:25 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, according to SimpleFlying.
