ICYMI: Arizona Gov. Ducey Sells Luxurious Home For $8M

The governor's now-sold home featured a rustic-style interior with top-notch amenities abound.

PARADISE VALLEY, AZ — Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has sold his Paradise Valley home, according to reports. The $8.15 million transaction for the luxurious abode on N. Desert Fairways Drive took place on Feb. 14.

The Phoenix Business Journal reported the property was on the market about two months before Colorado-based PST Properties LLC bought it.

The stunning interior includes rustic features, like exposed wooden rafters and stone fireplaces, matched with top-notch appliances and style.

The home was built in 2009, according to realtor.com.

According to realtor.com, Ducey's old home had lots of features, like six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, decks, a covered patio, a gazebo, sports courts, a separate guest house, three fireplaces, a private pool and spa and tons more.

The Business Journal reported Ducey and his wife had lived there for over 10 years, adding that they decided to move as their children have grown up.
