Arizona’s Most Expensive Homes: Pools Make Sparkling Statements
These multi-million-dollar homes offer the best in resort living, with exquisite indoor and outdoor spaces. Take a look at what they offer.

Swimming pools, of course, are almost obligatory in the hot Arizona sun, but make a sparkling statement in some of Arizona’s most expensive homes. Ranging in price from $16,500,000 to $10,490,000, these five eight-figure homes, all listed by Patch’s real estate partner, realtor.com, feature spectacular pools and other inviting amenities to enjoy the Canyon State’s spectacular sunsets.
An estate on N. Mummy Mountain Road in Paradise Valley has been on the market for about three years and eight months. If it sells for the $16,500,000 asking price, it would become the most expensive home ever sold in Arizona. (The record goes to another Mummy Mountain home that sold in December 2017 to a tech company CEO for $15,650,000.)
Are these homes worth the price? Here’s a look at them, all in the sizzling Paradise Valley and Scottsdale markets:
