Broadway Will Return To ASU Gammage In 2021
While the coronavirus pandemic has sidelined much entertainment, it won't stop Broadway shows from returning to Tempe this year.

TEMPE, AZ — The coronavirus has been devastating for the performing arts, with Broadway theaters dark and concert venues empty for nearly a year.
But Broadway shows will return to Tempe in 2021, ASU Gammage announced.
The theater said it has rescheduled all but three shows originally planned for 2020, which Gammage hopes to bring back to audiences eventually: Disney's "Frozen", "To Kill A Mockingbird" and "Jersey Boys."

General public tickets are not yet on sale. Season ticket holders will have their existing passes transferred automatically to the new schedule. All shows will be for the same time and day that theater-goers initially purchased. Anyone who purchased tickets for an extra show or Jersey Boys will receive a credit on March 1, which will never expire. Gammage has said it will work with anyone not comfortable with returning to the theater just yet.
More information is available on Gammage's website.
Several of the shows have closed in New York City, making the national tour the last time audiences will have the chance to see them live, including "Mean Girls" and "Frozen."
