Chase Field To Host Elton John's Final Tour On Nov. 12, 2022

PHOENIX – Arizona Diamondbacks Events & Entertainment and AEG announced today that Elton John will bring his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour to Chase Field on Nov. 12, 2022.

One of the most popular musicians of the last half century, Elton John has sold more than 300 million records, making him one of the best-selling artists of all-time.

“Chase Field continues to establish itself as a premier venue for major acts and it does not get any bigger than Sir Elton John’s farewell tour,” said D-backs President & CEO Derrick Hall. “We are really looking forward to working with AEG to host this living legend in front of a sold-out stadium.”

Tickets for Elton’s first-ever Chase Field performance will go on sale one week from today, June 30 at 10 a.m., while a special venue presale will take place this Tuesday, June 29 at 10 a.m. Fans can sign up for the presale opportunity at this link.

This will mark Elton’s 12th concert in Phoenix, with the first performance taking place on Sept. 17, 1971, at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Chase Field continues to host some of the biggest events in the entertainment industry, including Elton’s longtime touring partner Billy Joel, who performed here on March 9, 2019. The home ballpark of the Arizona Diamondbacks hosted WWE’s Royal Rumble and the Drone Racing League World Championship in 2019 in addition to multiple college football bowl games, charity galas and events of all size.
