COVID-19 Vaccination Event Planned In Maryvale May 29
Officials are joining forces for door-to-door efforts leading up to the event to encourage vaccination across West Phoenix.

Councilwoman Yassamin Ansari, serving Phoenix City Council District 7, represents zip codes with some of the lowest vaccination rates in Phoenix. This Friday, May 28, she will be joined by Mayor Gallego and Councilwomen Pastor and Guardado to rally volunteers in helping knock doors and get the surrounding zip codes of 85035, 85033, 85031 vaccinated – communities which the mayor and councilwomen all serve.

Door-knocking efforts will aim to drive registrations and awareness of a vaccination event taking place at Peralta Elementary School this Saturday, May 29, from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. in partnership with Embry Health and the Cartwright School District. Walk-ins all welcome, but residents can also register by visiting this link.
