Eastbound Interstate 10 To Close Friday Night For Tunnel Work
Eastbound Interstate 10 will close inside the Deck Park Tunnel Friday night through 9 a.m. Saturday for lighting improvement work.

PHOENIX, AZ — Interstate travelers should avoid Interstate 10 through the Deck Park Tunnel Friday night.
That's because the Arizona Department of Transportation is completing lighting improvements inside the tunnel, closing the I-10 inside the tunnel from 9 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Saturday.
The work will replace all lights inside the tunnel with more efficient and bright LED bulbs.

In addition, north and southbound ramps from I-17 to eastbound I-10 at the "Stack" will be closed starting Friday night, with drivers advised to use eastbound Van Buren Street or McDowell Road to get to I-10 at 7th Street.
