John McCain Tributes: Reaction From Across The Political Spectrum
See response to McCain's death from Trump, Obama and a heart-felt pledge from his daughter Meghan.

Tributes honoring the life of Sen. John McCain, who died Saturday at age 81, have been pouring in from across the political spectrum.
His daughter, Meghan McCain, said her task was clear: to live up to the example set by her war-hero father.
Former President Barack Obama praised his opponent in the 2008 presidential election for his "fidelity to something higher – the ideals for which generations of Americans and immigrants alike have fought, marched, and sacrificed."
