The city parking lots will close on Friday, with parking lot gates locked and ungated lots barricaded, the city said.

The Easter weekend is traditionally the busiest two days of activities, the city said, with families and large groups celebrating together traditionally.

Anyone that does walk or bike to the parks is reminded to not use the facilities if they're experiencing symptoms of illness, in addition to wearing a mask or face covering, bringing wipes and hand sanitizer, and keeping six feet or more of separation from others.
