Whiskey and cigar aficionados (or those that wish to become part of this elite group!) are invited to an exclusive pairing event at Match Market & Bar on Saturday, May 22. The four-course dinner will be complemented by incredible whiskeys. Menu includes:
First Course — Salmon Rind Salad with pickled watermelon and cucumbers, arugula, mint and Connemara whiskey lime dressing paired with Connemara Irish Whiskey

Second Course — Tuna Tartare featuring roasted mango, Fresno chiles, avocado, soy sauce, candied ginger, wonton chips and sesame and lemon cilantro dressing paired with Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whiskey
Third Course — Elk Sliders with Laphroaig Whiskey caramelized onions served with hand-cut potato chips and green onion dip complemented by Laphroaig 10 Year Sherry Cask
Dessert Course — Whiskey Butter Cake paired with Maker’s Mark 46 Cask Strength
Whiskey pairings with each course will be featured as individual tastings and in the form of classic cocktails. Fumar Cigars will be present during the event, showcasing premium cigars available for purchase.
