Phoenix Records 1st 100 Degree Day Of 2021
Phoenix cracked 100 degrees for the first time in 2021 on Wednesday, three days later than the average date for such a milestone.

PHOENIX, AZ — Summer is creeping ever closer in Arizona, and Wednesday's weather is further proof of that fact.
That's because the National Weather Service's Phoenix weather station at Sky Harbor airport measured the city's first 100 degree day of the year Wednesday.
The feat comes three days later than the average for the city, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
