Rusconi’s American Kitchen (10637 N. Tatum Blvd., Phoenix 85028) celebrates dad for three full days with an exclusive three-course prix fixe menu available Friday, June 18 through Sunday, June 20. Diners can choose one selection from each course below for $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity:

Starters, choice of one:
American Onion Soup with Vermont Cabot Creamery Aged Cheddar
Guajillo-Seared Ahi Tuna with Ramona Farms tepary bean salad and tomato olive oil jus
Tomato and Burrata Salad with Basil Sorbet with marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shallots and frisée

Pecan Wood Grilled Prime Flatiron Steak with roasted corn and vegetable bread pudding, Amish blue cheese, wilted spinach and piquillo tapenade

Desserts, choice of one:

Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding with vanilla sauce, berries and salted caramel
Caramelized Nixon Square Fig and Madagascar Vanilla Crème Brulée
