Woman Killed In Early-Morning Shooting In Phoenix: Police
Police found the woman inside a car in an alley, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
PHOENIX, AZ — Phoenix Police are investigating an early-morning shooting Saturday that left one woman dead.
Around 5:30 a.m., police were called to an alley between Grover Street and Chambers Street, and between 35th and 38th Avenues. According to police, the caller said they saw a woman sitting in a vehicle who appeared to be shot.
When police arrived, they found the adult female with gunshot injuries. First responders were called and later pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
