Arkansas Ten Commandments Monument Destroyed: Suspect Faces Felony Charge
Little Rock police said Michael Reed intentionally drove his vehicle into the monument, toppling it less than 24 hours after it was erected.

LITTLE ROCK, AR — Prosecutors intend to charge a man accused of destroying a Ten Commandments monument near the Arkansas Capitol with first-degree criminal mischief.
Michael Tate Reed, 32, faces up to a decade in prison if convicted on the felony charge, Larry Jegley told The Associated Press on Monday. His attorney wasn't immediately available for comment.

Reed was arrested in 2014 for destroying Oklahoma's Ten Commandments statue, but wasn't charged in that case.
