Pulaski County Special School District: Maumelle Secondary School Leaders Promoted To New Positions

MAUMELLE, Ark. --  The principal at Maumelle Middle and Maumelle High schools recently accepted new positions outside of the Pulaski County Special School District. Ryan Burgess (Maumelle Middle) will be the State Leadership Development Coach with the Arkansas Department of Education. Jeff Senn (Maumelle High) will be the superintendent of schools for the Lonoke School District.

PCSSD is excited for Mr.Burgess and Mr. Senn in their endeavors as both positions are a promotion from their previous roles as building principals. 

“Although Mr. Burgess and Mr. Senn will surely be missed, it brings us great pride to know that their talents as leaders in their new positions will continue to support students and families within the State of Arkansas," said superintendent Dr. Charles McNulty.

PCSSD will immediately begin the search to fill the vacancies at Maumelle Middle and Maumelle High schools. The recommendations for hire will be at the Board of Education meeting on July 13, 2021.
