Club Shooting: Rapper Returning To Arkansas For Charges In Separate Shooting
Authorities say Ricky Hampton shot someone in the neck days before gunfire at Little Rock's Power Ultra Lounge left 28 people hurt.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — A rapper arrested in Alabama after a nightclub shooting that left more than two dozen people hurt is being returned to Arkansas to face charges in another shooting.
Ricky Hampton, 25, signed papers agreeing to return to Arkansas, court and jail records indicated. He left the county jail in Birmingham, Alabama, early Friday.
