Photos: California Rain Impacts Wildfire-Burned Areas With Floods

CALIFORNIA – California was hit with its first major winter storm of the season Thursday, Nov. 29, just weeks after experiencing the nation's deadliest wildfires. Now, the fear of dangerous mudslides looms over the Golden State.
Areas that were severely burned by the wildfire, like Paradise in Butte County, were hit with flash flood warnings.
"Coastal health authorities are urging people to stay away from beach water, which may contain bacteria, chemicals, debris, trash and other public health hazards due to runoff," AP reported on Thursday.
Trabuco Canyon in Orange County also received a mandatory evacuation, after experiencing a wildfire earlier this year.
As the storm moved across Southern California, forecasters warned that rainfall in the wildfire burn areas could potentially unleash flows of debris and snow. Mud and rock slides now threaten affected areas as flooding recedes. Two mountain highways just northeast of Los Angeles had to shut down as more travel complications arose.
From mandatory evacuations and flash flood warnings, to locals riding bikes with umbrellas, we rounded up the most telling photos of the weather conditions in California.
