CALIFORNIA — Halloween this year will fall a bit more on the tricky side as California families navigate the usual treat-filled holiday amid a global pandemic.

Whether the coronavirus allows for the traditional door-to-door candy crawl or forces us to hold an improvised backyard treat hunt, no virus can steal the simple joy of dressing up in your carefully-selected annual Halloween costume.

To that end, Spirit Halloween stores will still be there to help with costumes and decorations that range from creepy to charming.
