AGOURA HILLS, CA – As Halloween nears, it's important to make sure children are safe on the night of spooky thrills. Checking to make sure your trick-or-treating neighborhoods are safe on Halloween is a great way to start. The California Department of Justice has a website called Megan's Law, which provides information on registered sex offenders pursuant to California Penal Code § 290.46, so that members of the public can better protect themselves and their families.
According to the website, there are three registered sex offenders in Agoura Hills. Out of the three registered offenders in the area, one of them does not have a last listed address. None are currently in violation.
