AGOURA HILLS, CA — Will you accept this Airbnb?

Only if you're rolling in dough. Villa de la Vina, the 200-year-old Mediterranean-style revival house on Kanan Road in Agoura Hills where all seasons of ABC's "The Bachelor" have been filmed since 2007, has been listed as a $6,000-per-night Airbnb. Unfortunately roses aren't accepted as payment.

The mansion, in addition to containing the ghosts of a million broken hearts, comes by that price honestly. Located on 10 acres overlooking mountains and vineyard, the home boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread out over 10,000 square feet (Zillow estimates the home's value at roughly $5 million), and can sleep up to 13 guests. The home is also listed as a wedding and event space.

"This 200 year-old Mediterranean-style revival house, with its one-of-a-kind pool and romantic archways, exudes the rich feeling of a picturesque hideaway with canyon, mountain and vineyard views," the listing reads.

Guests have access to a pool table, two jacuzzies, and the notorious pool, the site of many a topless pool party, drunken make-out session, and even a shark suit. It's almost like being able to rent out the Playboy Mansion Grotto for a night.

But the Airbnb, which is home to a real family most of the year save the 42 days of "Bachelor" shooting, does not want their pool turned into the Grotto. The listing bans "parties, filming, professional photography or gatherings," and warns that if guests do not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave and subject to fines.

Airbnb, which faced controversy over the summer as a number of its listings were rented out as party pads to replace shuttered nightclubs, announced a global ban on parties in August. The company prohibited parties, imposed a guest maximum of 16, introduced a 24/7 neighborhood support hotline, placed restrictions on guests under 25, and required guests to adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols.

In August, Airbnb cut more than 50 properties across Los Angeles County, including locations in Malibu and Calabasas, from its listings, for violating these rules.

So guests won't exactly be treated like "the Bachelor," but they will get a deluxe villa all to themselves as a consolation prize.
