Does your workplace still need to get workers vaccinated? LA County Department of Public Health has established mobile teams who can come out to work sites and arrange for vaccinations. A request can be submitted on the County’s vaccination website: LA County Public Health Website
 
A form is available to complete and submit to the County. If you are interested, please complete the form, and a Mobile Vaccine Phone Bank Team will contact you to provide more information and help answer any of your questions.
