Movember Shave-Off

Agoura Hills residents, Josh Lesser and Jake Anderson
have spent the last two months recruiting local community members for an unusual purpose—to grow mustaches for a month. 

It is the local effort of a worldwide campaign that occurs throughout the month of November, or "Movember." Residents will shave off their mustaches on Nov. 1 at Fox Sports Bar and Grill in Westlake Village from 5:30 p.m. - 10 p.m., and then grow out their mustaches until the end of November.

The event is to raise awareness for mens' health and fundraise for The Prostate Cancer Foundation and Livestrong. The goal for the team is to raise $2,500. Agoura High School teachers, Craig Hochhaus and Andrew Staiano have also joined the team.
