Farmer Boys To Open In Thousand Oaks With Movie & Discounts
Three lucky diners with the winning, grand-opening weekend scratchers will score a year of free meals.

THOUSAND OAKS, CA — The Southern California-based Farmer Boys restaurant chain will open its newest location this month on Academy Drive in Thousand Oaks, with grand-opening festivities set to include burrito and burger discounts, scratch-off-ticket raffles and a drive-in movie.
The restaurant, known for its vast variety of burgers and all-day breakfasts, will host its opening weekend Friday, Sept. 25 through Sunday, Sept. 27, with $4 Breakfast Burritos and $3 Big Cheese burgers on Friday and Saturday.
With every purchase that weekend, diners also will receive "scratchers" for discounts and free food, plus the big draw: Three individuals will win free Farmer Boys for a year.

And to cap the opening weekend, a family-friendly, movie will be screened drive-in style on Sunday at 7 p.m.
The Thousand Oaks locale is operated by longtime Farmer Boys franchisee Omar Mawas, who said he is "thrilled to be able to celebrate with the Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park communities and provide a safe, distanced and family-friendly atmosphere for them to enjoy.”

The Thousand Oaks location, at 1057 Adademy Drive, will be open Mondays through Thursdays 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and on Sundays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. with drive-thru service, outdoor dining, take-out and delivery.
Also in the San Fernando Valley are Farmer Boys restaurants on West Nordhoff Street in Chatsworth and on Reseda Boulevard in Northridge.
