Meet An “Amazing” Who Thrives on Thrilling Audiences Everywhere
Kris Kristofferson, 84, would have continued his live concert schedule--if the pandemic didn't interfere.

Kris Kristofferson, at 84, is still touring live. His most recent performance was January 2020. But for the pandemic, he would have continued his live concert schedule. His phenomenal production of popular songs resulted in numerous accolades, the latest being his 2019 Country Music Association Lifetime Achievement Award. His acting gigs have been appreciated by fans worldwide.
But what you might not know about Kris is that he earned Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford University, from which he graduated with a B.Phil. degree in English Literature. And that he served in the US Army, commissioned as a second lieutenant and attained the rank of captain. All this plus many more accomplishments – and (wait for it) - being a proud papa to 8 children.
