Meet An “Amazing” Whose Artistic Creativity Knows No Bounds
Most of us are familiar with Anthony Hopkins' superb acting abilities, but did you know that he is also a composer?

Anthony Hopkins, at 83, has nailed yet another astonishingly brilliant role in “The Father.” He portrays a man in the throes of dementia, struggling between belligerence and confusion, as his daughter does her best to cope with a heart-wrenching Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde-like situation.
Most of us are familiar with Anthony’s superb acting abilities (“Silence of the Lambs,” “Remains of the Day,” “Elephant Man” to name but a few) and his many awards, but did you know that he is also a composer?
His first love was music, and some of his compositions have graced concert halls with such stellar orchestras as the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. “The Masque of Time” debuted along with “Schizoid Salsa” in 2008. This, in addition to a lifelong dedication to the YMCA in Port Talbot, South Wales where he joined as a young teen and has been a patron for over 20 years.
