Betty Mcintire: I don't know. I just love to do things. I walk at 6 a.m. every morning before going anywhere. I've just always been active. I like to keep myself busy.

Mcintire: It is close to the beach, which I love. In the summertime, my dad used to drop my three sisters and I off and leave us there all day. The sun makes me happy.

AH Patch: How do you stay healthy as a senior?

Mcintire: I play everything. My mom golfed. My dad golf. My sisters golfed. And so I golfed all my life. I also played baseball. And I love bowling.

AH Patch: What is your advice for people to staying healthy into the golden years?

Mcintire: Stay busy and keep active. I think that's it.
