At Abby’s Millstone Baking Co. in Agoura Hills, you'll find a display cookies, cakes and croissants and more. And behind the counter you'll see the large oven used to bake bread. Watch the artisan bakers knead dough for the bakery’s signature items.

Master baker Abby Franke who heads up the European-style bakery, told the Ventura County Star, “We follow old, traditional European recipes. We don’t change anything. We do how I learned in old Western Europe.”
